LK Calibration Set UNI
A tool for manual burring and calibration of pipe ends.
NOTE! Beveling is necessary so that the O-ring of the PressPex couplers is not damaged when the pipes are pushed in.
The calibration tooling is primarily intended for PAL Universal pipes, however can even be used on PE-X Universal Pipes. For PE-X pipes, pipe millers and pipe deburrers normally used for copper pipes, may be used.

LK PressPex Calibration tool
For simultaneous chamfering and calibration of pipe end.
NOTE! chamfering is necessary to prevent the PressPex connection O-ring from being damaged when the pipe is inserted.
The calibration tools fit in the drill chucks and other tools. The calibration tool is intended for LK PAL Universal pipe and shall not be used for calibration and chamfering of LK PE-X Universal pipes. For these pipes, the types of hollow mills and pipe pullers that are normally used for copper pipes are recommended.

LK Torque Wrench UNI 16
The Torque wrench is used for a fast and safe way of installing the PL tube adapter AX16, art no: 4814373 and 4814374 against the manifold UNI or against a standard compression fitting.
The wrench has a fixed torque of 25 Nm, when this is achieved, the head of the wrench will bend and it is impossible to tighten the nut further. The wrench has a ratchet function as well and can also be turned upside down to loosen the nut.
Note! This is not a demand from LK that this tool has to be used. It’s also fine to turn the nut by hand and then 1½ turns with a standard wrench.

LK Leak Testing Plug 16

LK Cabinet stand
LK Cabinet Stand is used for temporary fixing / hanging of LK Manifold Cabinet WP, LK Shunt Cabinet WP and LK Manifold Cabinet UNI. The Cabinet stand is used when installing under floor heating or potable water in concrete over insulation when the cabinet shall be mounted before casting the concrete.
The cabinet stand consists of two steel poles, four pole clips complete with bolts which to connect to the rear / back of the cabinet and two 300 mm sleeve pipes to aid removal of the stand making it reusable.

LK Pipe Pole
LK Pipe Pole is used to the securing of pipe-in-pipe when connecting to radiators and mixers, where pipes are being installed in concrete or on a thermal insulation. Two 300 mm sleeves are included to enable the installer to remove the stand from the concrete for reuse. The pipe holders are fully height adjustable.
